Welcome to MedStar Pharmacy
Looking for an easy and convenient place to get your prescriptions filled? MedStar Pharmacy at MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital is an on-site outpatient pharmacy available for services similar to those offered by other retail pharmacies. MedStar Pharmacy offers everyone — outpatients, walk-ins, hospital associates and patients — friendly and dependable prescription drug services and various over-the-counter medications. MedStar Pharmacies are also located on the campuses of several MedStar Health hospitals.
Quick Access to the Pharmacist
You are never too far from one of our highly trained pharmacists. Have a question on a prescription or an over-the-counter drug? Just ask. We're never too busy to help our customers with the trusted advice they need. It's part of our service.
We are located right on campus of many of our hospitals and physician offices. Your physician can fax your prescription to us, and you can pick it up on your way out. Or, use our automated refill line to request your refills 24 hours a day. Recently discharged? No worries. A dedicated technician will work with patients, nurses, physicians, and case managers, to ensure that patients leaving the hospital have their discharge medications in hand before they leave.
Major Insurance Plans Accepted
MedStar Pharmacies accept most third-party prescription plans, including many Medicare Part D plans, and can bill your diabetic supplies and worker's comp prescriptions.
