Personalized Treatment Programs
Each patient will receive a customized wound care plan that may involve weekly treatments until the wound starts to heal.
Wound healing specialists will work with patients to ensure moisture balance, pain relief and optimal bandage wear time, as daily changes can increase the risk of infections.
Some medications can actually delay healing. We will review the patient's needs and create a customized medication plan designed to heal the wound quickly.
A well-balanced, nutritious diet with ample fluids is important in the healing process. Our staff will work with patients to develop an individual diet plan for each patient.
Your physician will be kept in the loop. This ensures consistent wound care among caregivers.
