MedStar St. Mary's Hospital Supports Health Records on iPhone®

View Your MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital Data in the Apple Health app

You can now easily access and visualize your MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital health records in the Health app on an iPhone running iOS 11.3 or later.

A MyCare patient portal account is required to access your MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital records through the Health app.

Here's how:

  1. The Health app is already on your iPhone.  

  2. Select “Health Data" and then "Health Records.”

  3. Click on "Add Account;" then search for “MedStar;" and select any MedStar Health entity. 
    (Data from all participating MedStar facilities will be provided.)

  4. See all your health data on your iPhone.

Q: What if my log-in credentials for MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital MyCare aren't working??
A: Even if it's been a few years since your last visit to MedStar St. Mary's, you can request an invitation to MyCare by using the Enroll in MyCare link, by visiting the Patient Registration desk at the hospital and bringing a photo ID, or by calling Patient Access at 301-475-6023. Once patients sign up for MyCare, they will receive an email invitation with a link to create an account, giving them immediate access to their patient records.

Q: What if I forgot my password for myMedStar Patient Portal?
A: Please click Access MyCare Now and select the Forgot Password option to recover your password. If you need assistance accessing your account, call Patient Access at 301-475-6023.
